I have heard about this drink from my sister-in-law suji ,she said that during her college day in Nagerkovil she used to go for sharjah milk shake drink .she wants me to share this recipe for her ,since its a very popular drink in Nagerkovil .

I am preparing horlicks recipe for my second time,when i prepared for first time am not sure how it will be ,but it came very well excellent taste combination of Horlicks with banana and dates was mind blowing ,unexpected taste .I loved this drink ,very simple to prepare it just blending and it takes 2 min to prepare.Its really a good idea to have banana and dates with a energy drink and also adding nuts to the sharjah milk shake will make it a prefect health drink.

How to prepare Sharjah milkshake Nagerkovil special

Ingredient

  • Banana –  1 cup
  • Horlicks-4 tbsp
  • Cashew – 5
  • Milk-  1 cup
  • Dates -4
  • Honey -2 tbsp
  • Water -(optional)
  • Sugar-(optional)

note:
you can use chocolate horlicks,malt ova,chocolate complan instead of normal horlicks .so we can call this as chocolate horlicks recipe,horlicks recipe,malt ova recipe,chocolate complan recipe,complan recipe.
Add ice cube before you serve.But ice cube is option because it reduce the thickness of the milkshake.
Take banana that is completely ripen so that you get a rich yummy taste.
Instead of honey add icing sugar with vanilla powder for additional taste.
Use Palm sugar instead of honey or sugar so that it will be healthy for kids.
