Fruits can not be given to babies between 1 to 7 months

Breast milk or formula milk is said to be the best and compulsory food for Babies of age between 1 month to 7 months, since they are very sensitive in digestion. It is said that only babies after 7 months of the age, get their tummy strong to absorb solid foods. Fruits are not recommended to the babies below 7 months of age because mother’s milk contains necessary important minerals and calcium, vitamin B2, and vitamin B12 that are necessary for baby growth.

Fruit juices are acidic in nature.
