Badam Milk Recipe HomemadeBadam milk is not only a Energy drink,but also a very good ingredient to solve the gastric problem and stomach pain.Preferring homemade Badam milk / Almond milk will always improve your stomach health,very yummy drink,easy to prepare.Takes around 10 minutes to prepare,since very simple steps to follow,my friend suggested me to put this recipe for her kid . Badam milk recipe will be a best choice before bed for easy digestion and cures stomach upset. Badam milk is one of my mom’s favorite milk recipe frequently prepared as a remedy for stomach upset.

Badam milk is a rich source of vitamins, minerals and protein with calcium. Almond milk do not rise blood sugar level.Almond milk cures stomach related problems like prevent from excessive gas, diarrhea and stomach upset.Almond milk reduced risk of heart disease since it is holds rich content of vitamin E and healthy fat and protein.

How to prepare Badam Milk Recipe Homemade

Ingredient
Milk   –  2 cup
Sugar  – 6 tbsp
Vanilla powder - 2 tbsp
Cashew-nut   –  5
Badam / Almond  – 1/4 kg
Pista   – 2
Saffron   – optional
water   – 1/4 cup

Soak Badam in water for 4 hours,grind the Badam and make it a fine paste.(in case if you want,filter the badam paste and take only the badam extract),  Boil the milk for 2 min .Add Sugar to the milk.Low the flame and add Badam paste or extract to the milk.heat it for just a min.Once it got set ,add Vanilla powder to the Badam milk for a yummy taste.
If you are using only the extract then ,add crashed cashew nut, Badam and pista nuts to the Badam milk. Before you serve the Badam milk,place it in the refrigerator for 30 min – 1 hour.

Note:
Do not add more than 2 ice cubes per glass.
Add color powder to Badam milk if you want yellow color in milk.
In case  you want filter the Badam paste before adding crushed nuts.
Add the saffron as the toppings.
