How to prepare Badam Milk Recipe Homemade
Ingredient
Milk – 2 cup
Sugar – 6 tbsp
Vanilla powder - 2 tbsp
Cashew-nut – 5
Badam / Almond – 1/4 kg
Pista – 2
Saffron – optional
water – 1/4 cup
Soak Badam in water for 4 hours,grind the Badam and make it a fine paste.(in case if you want,filter the badam paste and take only the badam extract), Boil the milk for 2 min .
Note:
Do not add more than 2 ice cubes per glass.
Add color powder to Badam milk if you want yellow color in milk.
In case you want filter the Badam paste before adding crushed nuts.
Add the saffron as the toppings.
