Papaya falooda idea ,I got from a hotel in Coimbatore , really a fantastic salad makes our mind refreshing.This is my second falooda recipe, Papaya falooda is a very easy recipe to prepare just mix the ingredient .Mostly i have tasted falooda with pineapple and apple as main ingredient in it ,but in Papaya falooda its really different to taste and very healthy with basil seeds / sabja seeds. Sabja seeds cures lot of skin problem and digestion problem.

Papaya and vanilla ice cream combination will give you a best result. Just add the colorful ingredients,but only thing is layering order need to be done .

Papaya Falooda Dessert

Ingredient:

Basil seeds – 2 tbsp
Falooda sev – 1 tbsp
Sweet Milk – 1 cup (milk:sugar  1:4)
Papaya puree – 1/2 cup
Papaya pieces – ½ cup chopped

How to Prepare Papaya Falooda Dessert

Boil the water,Add sev to the boiling water,wait until sev cooked well.(if you want add a little pinch of salt and sugar to sev)Once sev gets cooked drain the sev and cool it aside ,let it cool for 10 min. Meanwhile soak Basil seeds for 30 minutesOnce  Basil seeds gets ready ,Make Papaya Puree. Select Sweet ripen papaya or else add some sugar to the fruit before you add layers .Add 4 tbsp papaya puree in the serving bowl then add 4 tbsp chilled sweet milk over the puree.Add 1 tbsp Basil Seeds and Add Sev 2 tbsp over the seeds.Add 6 Papaya pieces over the sev.Repeat the same step – (Add boiled then cooled think sweet milk) then Add Basil seeds and Papaya Puree.
Place 6-8 Chopped papaya as the Top layer, .Add Vanilla/Papaya Ice cream as final layer.Enjoy Your Falooda 🙂Note:
Papaya puree – Add some little water and blend the papaya (remove seeds) .Add sugar or Honey to taste.If Papaya is over ripen no need to add sugar or honey.
Milk need to be thick and sweet.
Milk should be boiled then chilled.
Instead of Milk we can use sweet fresh cream.
