I came across a different fruit during my happy visit at Courtallam.A fruit called Ram seetha pazham ,it looks more or less similar to custard fruit,in English ram seetha is named as sweet apple fruit.

Sugar fruit that just look more are less similar to custard Fruit that is green in color.Both are very effective in curing cancer problem in our body.Let me tell you some difference between Sugar Fruit and Custard Fruit?

They are two different fruits by their look although similar also they taste little similar too.

Sugar Apple

The Sugar Apple Fruit appears in spherical-conical with 5–10 cm (2.0–3.9 in) in diameter and 6–10 cm (2.4–3.9 in) long and weighing 100–240 g (3.5–8.5 oz) . Sugar Apple Fruit shall be separated when ripe and color of Sugar Apple Fruit is typically pale green through blue-green.

Sugar apple seeds can be separated while eating and Sugar apple when ripen normally found creamy – white, soft delightfully fragrant with juicy flesh. Sugar apple has bumpy green or red skin looks like an artichoke. The flesh of Sugar apple is soft and grainy with a large number of inedible black smooth seeds.
