This Apple Papaya dessert ,I prepared for the first time ,it came very well with a excellent texture,Yummy taste and good color. Apple Papaya dessert  will be perfect to eat with breakfast as well as after heavy meals .Apple Papaya dessert will be a good treat for Apple and papaya lovers .

I have chosen Apple and Papaya because of its good health benefit as well as for its creamy effect.Banana will give a nice texture to the dessert . It takes about 5 min to prepare. Apple Papaya dessert is a mixed healthy dish , very one need during the summer . Apple Papaya dessert is my moms  favorite mixed fruit dessert recipe .

How to prepare Apple Papaya dessert

Ingredients

Apple -1/2 cup
Banana – 1/2 cup
sugar–  1/2 cup
papaya – 1  cup
grape – 4
vanilla powder-optional
water -1/2 cup

How to prepare Apple Papaya dessert

Take chopped Papaya, apple ,banana, lime and grapes in a bowl.Grind Papaya ,apple ,banana one by one in a blender.Apple Papaya Dessert4Add Water to the content make it a fine paste.make sure no lump is found in the paste.Apple Papaya Dessert3The more you grind the more you get the softness and creamy texture.Add sugar and vanilla powder to the juice while blending the Apple Papaya dessert. Finally add lime juice to the Apple Papaya dessert and stir well.Place this Apple Papaya dessert content in fridge for 15 min and serve it cool . Add Ice cube (optional )before you serve.
note:
Adding ice cube will make the content loss its thickness so be careful while adding more ice cubes.
You shall use honey or palm sugar instead of sugar to reduce calories.
Take completely ripen banana so that it give rich yummy taste.
Also take fully ripen grapes for preparing this Apple Papaya dessert.
Adding water is completely optional ( severing thick will be very yummy ).
Adding lime juice and vanilla powder is also optional .

Most Of my friends who are visiting this blog calls me and ask me – where do you get these fruits ? Are You a Fruitarian ?
