Most Of my friends who are visiting this blog calls me and ask me – where do you get these fruits ? Are You a Fruitarian ? carrot           –   2
crushed  ice  –    4
mint             –   4 leaves

Cut apple,carrot,ginger,mint into small pieces in a bowl.Add these ingredient in a blender. Add water to the content if necessary.

  • Lemon-1
  • Salt-pinch
  • Honey-1 tbsp
  • Mint leaves -6
  • Sugar -3 tbsp(optional)

Steps

  • if it is not organic , use fruits that are grown under less pesticides.
  • Wash your fruits in such a way that remove all the dirt and contamination.

Method:

Lemon water cure diarrhea.Squeezes half lemon and take juice.Heat the milk in low flame, once milk start boiling turn to low flame and add lemon juice. Heat the milk for 1 minute, you can see water separating from milk fats.
Filter the juice, add sugar to it and Allow juice to cool (don’t refrigerate).

Drink this juice only when you are in empty stomach. This juice immediately stops diarrhea problem and loose motion.
