Ingredients:
apple            –   2
carrot           –   2
crushed  ice  –    4
mint             –   4 leaves
ginger          –  small pinch
sugar            –     4 tbsp

steps:

Cut apple,carrot,ginger,mint into small pieces in a bowl.Add these ingredient in a blender. Add water to the content if necessary.

Carrot Apple Ginger Juice

Grind carrot,apple,ginger,mint leaves and water into fine paste . Filter the content  and add sugar to the final juice.

Apple has the property to change the color so no need to worry on that.
Instead of sugar you can also use honey or palm sugar.
