Eglantine Fruit is a species of rose native to Europe and western Asia.

APPEARANCE OF EGLANTINE FRUIT
The Eglantine Fruit is a globose to oblong red hip 1–2 cm in diameter. Eglantine Fruit is usually red or orange, but in some species, the color ranges from dark purple to black.
The fruit begins to form in early summer, and ripens in the late summer through autumn.
