How to Prepare Elaneer Tender Coconut Payasam
Ingredients:
- Tender Coconut Water – 1.5 cups
- Tender Coconut Flesh – 1 cup
- Condensed Milk – 3 tbsp
- Coconut Milk – 1 cup
- Saffron – few strands
How to Prepare Elaneer Tender Coconut Payasam
Step 1: grind the coconut and take coconut milk.for best result use home made coconut milk.Do not add water while making coconut milk extract , because milk need to be thick.
Use freshly prepared coconut milk for better result.Coconut milk need to be thick , not too watery.Do not use market coconut milk.
Add saffron as topping to tender coconut payasam.
Add less condensed milk since it has lot of calories.
Add only soft tender coconut pulp or flesh – do not use if it is too hard because if it is hard,you will not get creamy texture .
Do not add water for making this coconut payasam .
Do not add too much of coconut water.
