Most Of my friends who are visiting this blog calls me and ask me – where do you get these fruits ? Are You a Fruitarian ? I really Appreciate those friends taking interest in eating healthy diet and my answer to their question is –Some Fruit are not available in india , Mainly it is found outside Asia ,And of course , I am not a Fruitarian ,I suggest instead of taking a multivitamin tablet, it is better to eat fruits daily, Your comments are always welcome in my inbox dailyonefruit@gmail.com. I tried this fruit salad during my childhood days,Its a very common dish ,any one prepare and also I shall guarantee for this yummy yummy dish.As its very easy ,any one can prepare ,It takes only 5 minutes for preparation time.

I have used vanilla flavor , because i strongly believe that vanilla flavor is liked by all.Below mentioned is a common Fruit salad used only 5 fruits.Whenever my college friends comes to my home immediately, I used to prepare them fruit salad and serve very quickly.Because its very easy to prepare ,the only time takes to chopping the fruits.

Prepare Instant Fruit salad with vanilla flavor

Ingredients:(For 1 cup of salad):

  • apple -1/2
  • banana-1/2
  • pomegranate-1/4
  • grapes-6
  • papaya-1/4
  • honey-1tbsp
  • vanilla powder-1tbsp
  • fresh milk cream – 4 tbsp

Prepare Instant Fruit salad with vanilla flavor

Step 1:chop the fruits grape,banana,pomegranate,apple,papaya.Add honey to the chopped fruits.

Add fresh milk cream and vanilla powder and stir it well so that vanilla powder,honey and cream mixed properly.

That’s all fruit salad is ready. If you want serve it with a vanilla ice cream will give you a extra flavor.

Note :
Instead of fresh cream we shall use milk made cream to give a yummy taste.
Take completely ripen papaya and also choose ripen banana for fruit salad.
We shall add vanilla ice cream on the top of the fruit salad.
If you use vanilla ice cream then we shall avoid adding vanilla powder in the fruit salad.
We shall select sweet and seedless grapes for making fruit salad.
No need to add sugar since honey will compensate it.
To make a quick fruit salad – add only honey to the chopped fruits and serve it with ice cream as the topping to fruit salad.
Instead of fresh cream we shall also use thick boiled – then chilled milk for fruit salad.

I am really very happy because most of the juices do not need more than 15 minutes ( quick drink ) of preparation time, just chopping grinding and squeezing, mixing ,drinking .  🙂

I prefer lemon first because it is a common fruit available ,as we all store it in dozens in fridge.Lemon juice maintains water content in our body . Another lemon punch juice is a common lemon juice but  lemon punch is equal to a mock-tail juice and also it is a energy booster. why i mention that as mock-tail means we mix soda in this lemon punch. orange and lemon combination will always give you a good taste.  Add honey instead of sugar for rich of taste.

How to prepare Lemon punch

Ingredient:(for 2 cup of orange punch)

  • Orange -1
  • lemon-2
  • mint-3 leaves
  • honey-3tbsp
  • salt-small pinch
  • sprite- 1 glass

How to prepare Lemon punch

Banana Orange apple juice is a combination of apple-banana-orange juice . Its very easy to prepare,  it takes only 5 min of your time. i just tried this recipe from one of a Tamil-website .Its a yummy juice,tastes very good.

Ingredients:(For 1 glass of juice)

  • banana -1
  • apple – 1
  • sugar -3 tbsp
  • crushed ice -4
  • orange -1
  • curd – 1 cup

Prepare Banana Orange Apple juice

  • Take ripen orange and squeeze the orange fruit ,to get orange extract.cut the banana into pieces and blend well .how_to_make_banana_orange_juice

We like Mocktail juices  because of its combinations of two are more fruits juice. Last month i visited Bombay which  is famous for chat items ,i found a different juice in a small shop its none other than orange soda .
