I am really very happy because most of the juices do not need more than 15 minutes ( quick drink ) of preparation time, just chopping grinding and squeezing, mixing ,drinking . 🙂
I prefer lemon first because it is a common fruit available ,as we all store it in dozens in fridge.Lemon juice maintains water content in our body . Another lemon punch juice is a common lemon juice but lemon punch is equal to a mock-tail juice and also it is a energy booster. why i mention that as mock-tail means we mix soda in this lemon punch. orange and lemon combination will always give you a good taste. Add honey instead of sugar for rich of taste.
How to prepare Lemon punch
Ingredient:(for 2 cup of orange punch)
- Orange -1
- lemon-2
- mint-3 leaves
- honey-3tbsp
- salt-small pinch
- sprite- 1 glass
How to prepare Lemon punch
Squeeze orange and take orange juice , Add honey 3 tbsp to orange juice .Add sweet lemon soda (sprite) or plain soda.Squeeze two lemon and take lemon juice.Add the lemon juice to orange juice mixed with honey. Add salt and water to the juice content.Finally add ice cubes and mint leaves as topping.Lemon punch is ready to serve . Enjoy 🙂
Note:
No need to place this Lemon punch juice in the refrigerator.
serve lemon punch juice as soon as you prepared.
Honey is optional – you can also use sugar to the lemon punch juice.
Juicing advice:
- Do not use more than 4 ice cubes for a 1/2 liter juice.
- Eating fruits before food will give you a good result in your health.
- Need to avoid adding too much of sugar to fruit juice.
- Instead of sugar we can use honey .
- Do not grind orange and lemon with seeds because seeds might give you tiredness .
- Make orange,lemon juice using squeezer .
- Do not add more water to juice .
