Recently i came across a hotel in Coimbatore with lot of different fruit recipe menus,Its really total surprise for me ,made me to fill with joy to taste all the different fruit varieties desserts . They publish about 12 varieties of falooda recipe with amazing creative ideas. From those falooda varieties ,its difficult for me to tell, a best fruit falooda recipe. I am sharing some of the falooda which will be easy to prepare and yummy to taste.

Just add the colorful ingredients,but only thing is layering order needs to be noticed here.

Mango Falooda Recipe
Ingredient:
Basil seeds - 2 tbsp
Falooda sev - 1 tbsp
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 4 tablespoons ( chilled thick sweet milk )
Mango puree - 1/2 cup
Mango pieces - ½ cup chopped
Take 1/2 cup sev for falooda ,Boil the water,Add sev to the boiling water,wait until sev cooked well.Once sev gets cooked drain sev and cool it aside ,let it cool for 10 min. Meanwhile soak Basil seeds for 30 minutesOnce Basil seeds gets ready Make Mango Puree .Add 4 tbsp mango puree in the serving bowl then add 1/2 tbsp Basil seeds.Place 6-8 Chopped Mango over the basil seeds, then add 6 tbsp chilled thick sweet homemade milk and add cooked sev 4 tbsp over it.
Add some Mango Puree and chopped Mango pieces as topping.Add Vanilla/Mango Ice cream as final layer . Enjoy your Mango Falooda 🙂
