How to prepare Homemade Cashew Nut Kheer Kaju Kheer Recipe
Ingredient:
- Milk – 2 cup
- Sugar – 6 tbsp
- Cashew-nut – 1/4 kg
- Badam / Almond – 4
- Pista – 2
- Saffron – few
- water – 1/4 cup
How to prepare Cashew Nut Kheer Kaju Kheer Recipe
Boil the milk and add sugar to the milk while heating.Grind the cashew nuts with some water and make it fine paste .Add the cashew nut paste to the boiling milk , Boil the milk until the cashew paste cooked well .low the flame once you add cashew nut paste.Again crush few badam and pista in the blender.Add crushed Badam /Almond and pista to the mixture .Add broken 5cardamon to the milk before you turn off the flame.Add saffron as a final step to the mixture.Refrigerate this Homemade kheer for 10 min for best result.
Note :
Add saffron few minutes before you serve.
Boil the milk in low heat for 10 minute until cashew nut paste cooked well.
We shall filter the cashew nut paste before adding to the milk.
Do not add ice cubes instead refrigerate Homemade Cashewnut kheer.
Use thick milk or coconut milk extract for yummy taste.
You can also add vanilla powder for better taste.
Add sugar powder or icing sugar while blending the cashew nut into paste,so that sweet will be evenly spread.
